Black Knight’s REvolution suite helps streamline a time-consuming process

[ad_1] Buying and selling a home can be challenging, and the real estate process is often time-consuming and stressful. But, it doesn’t have to be that way. One of the most challenging aspects in a real estate transaction is the valuation process. A simple mistake could drastically slow down the process and frustrate lenders, home buyers and sellers.  And, the impact of the pandemic has complicated this process even further.  Black Knight’s REvolution suite provides appraisers and other valuation professionals with a seamless appraisal process from property inspection to report delivery.  REvolution features several innovative solutions, including SCOUT, a cloud-based mobile property inspection app that supports safe social distancing by enabling remote property inspections. Using SCOUT, homeowners, inspectors, real estate agents and appraisers can collect property data on a mobile device.  “SCOUT enables remote property inspections, which has been critical during the COVID-19 pandemic,” Black Knight CEO Anthony Jabbour said. “This solution and the REvolution suite’s other valuation and appraisal products help significantly streamline what is traditionally a time-consuming process.”  Unlike other solutions in the industry that must be used with proprietary systems, SCOUT can be used as a standalone product or alongside Black Knight’s appraisal platform, CA REveal. The SCOUT mobile app enables the inspection data to be imported into the CA REveal platform, which is part of the REvolution suite. On the CA REveal platform, appraisers and other valuation experts can review the collected information, use data-rich analytical tools to analyze market activity, and produce dependable and defendable appraisal reports. The platform can produce any type of valuation, including appraisal, hybrid or broker price opinion (BPO). “These solutions, as well as the other products offered in the REvolution suite, help create efficiencies in data collection, analysis and appraisal report delivery,” said Ben Graboske, president of Black Knight’s Data & Analytics Division. “With the solutions’ innovative and flexible features, real estate professionals can easily connect to their existing workflows without missing a beat.” Other products in the Black Knight’s REvolution suite can also help identify complex subject properties so users can select the appropriate valuation solution and appraisal fee upfront, helping save time, money and making the process more efficient. Black Knight’s technology automates time-consuming tasks, modernizes processes and creates efficiencies to let real estate professionals focus more of their time and resources on high-value tasks that drive more business. “Black Knight is the only company that offers end-to-end solutions across the real estate and mortgage life cycle,” Jabbour added. “This enables us to continue developing unique, integrated solutions, such as powerful real-estate-related business intelligence, that will further help companies improve the customer experience, drive strategy, manage risk and create growth opportunities.” Anthony Jabbour, CEO Drives Black Knight’s overall vision and direction to help transform the mortgage industry by delivering innovative solutions that are integrated across the company’s ecosystem. Joseph Nackashi, President Directs Black Knight’s origination, servicing, data and analytics, and secondary marketing groups to establish and support the execution of short- and long-term goals, plans and strategies. Ben Graboske, President, Black Knight Data & Analytics Division Oversees Black Knight’s Data & Analytics group, which delivers the most robust mortgage and property data, and intelligent, advanced analytics used by organizations across the industry to operate efficiently and grow their businesses.     The post Black Knight’s REvolution suite helps streamline a time-consuming process appeared first on HousingWire. HousingWire Magazine Supplement: June 2021

[ad_1] Tracey Velt Managing Editor, RealTrends, a HousingWire sister company. It’s been quite a ride for real estate brokerages this year. They’ve gone from a market shutdown due to the pandemic to a market boom, and it shows in the results of the RealTrends top 500 brokerage firms.  2020 was a record year for the top brokerage firms in the nation, according to the 2021 RealTrends 500. Over 1,750 firms qualified this year. Not only that, but the nation’s leading realty firms outperformed the market, proving that size and leadership do matter. In fact, the RealTrends 500 firms grew closed sides by 12.5%, which was nearly 10 percentage points higher than the overall growth in the market.  Due to the requirement of independent verification, the RealTrends 500 is The Trusted Source for information about performance of these firms.   In this special supplement to HousingWire magazine, separate from the rankings, are the 2021 RealTrends Game Changers. Each year, RealTrends announces its Game Changers, brokerage leaders who grew their brokerage dramatically over the past five years. Brokerages are chosen based on transaction side percentage growth between 2016-2020. We’ve got your sneak peek of the list, which will be live on June 15. Rankings are produced in several ways. We continue to rank firms based on closed transaction  sides, then by sales volume. Firms ranked by sales volume may not appear in the rankings by  transaction sides due to differences in mean sales prices of homes across the country.   At the end of 2020, HW Media acquired RealTrends content, events and rankings along with certain other assets. We are proud to have HW Media and its team carry on the tradition of being The Trusted Source in these rankings and know that they will only improve them in the future.  Enjoy this special section of HousingWire magazine! TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite Card review: Should you sign up for this travel rewards card?

[ad_1] The TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite isn’t necessarily the first TD travel card you think of, given TD’s deep relationship with Air Canada and Aeroplan—but it’s worth considering for its flexible redemption program and partnership with Expedia. You can use the Expedia For TD online portal to redeem rewards for flights, hotels and car rentals with virtually any carrier on Expedia.  A hefty sign-up bonus, comprehensive insurance coverage and generous earn rates makes the TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite card a solid choice if you want to use your credit card rewards towards travel-related purchases. TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite Card* Annual fee $120 (waived for your first year) Welcome offer Up to 60,000 TD Points / $300 value (expires May 30, 2021) Earn rate 9 TD Points per $1 spent online on ExpediaForTD.com; 3 Points per $1 on everything else Point value 1 Point = $0.005 when redeemed online for travel on ExpediaForTD.com Income requirement $60,000 (or $100,000 as a household) Purchase interest rate 19.99% Best features Strong earn rate on travel spending (4.5%); flexible travel program with access to everything Expedia has to offer Who it’s good for Frequent travellers who are not tied to a particular airline, book travel often and want flexible redemption options Get more details* The TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite Card Three things you need to know about the TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite How to redeem your TD Rewards What are the best ways to benefit from this card? Are there any drawbacks to the TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite? Three things you need to know about the TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite You earn Points under the TD Rewards program You earn 3 TD Points per dollar spent on everyday purchases (1.5% earn rate), including gas and groceries. For travel purchases booked online through ExpediaForTD.com, you get three times the regular earn at nine TD Points per dollar spent (4.5% earn rate). The TD Points system is easier to understand than the bank’s Aeroplan Credit Cards. Your Point values stay the same no matter where you’re flying, so it’s easy to work out how much they’re worth. Plus, TD Points can be redeemed on any airline, not just Air Canada or Star Alliance Partners. While Aeroplan Miles are valuable, if you prefer simplicity the TD First Class card might be more up your alley. The card comes with an attractive sign-up bonus The TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite card comes with a generous sign-up bonus. The annual fee ($120) and fee for your first additional cardholder ($50) are waived for the first year; that’s a savings of $170, and with two of you earning TD Points, you can reach your goals faster.Receive 20,000 TD Points when you make your first purchase and 40,000 points when you spend at least $1,500 within the first 90 days (total $300 travel value), plus get a first-year annual fee waiver for the primary and additional cardholders. Welcome offer available until August 16, 2021. Not available for residents of Quebec; for more info, click here.  You’ll get travel insurance and discounted lounge access The TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite card comes with up to $1 million of travel medical insurance for the first 21 days of a trip, while trip cancellation, trip interruption, common carrier travel accident insurance, travel assistance services and delayed and lost baggage insurance round out the card’s benefits. For a premium rewards card, The TD First Class’s insurance is fairly standard, however; so, if you’re looking for more comprehensive credit card insurance, you could consider a card like the National Bank World Elite Mastercard,* which comes with up to $5 million in out-of-province-of-residence medical/hospital insurance for trips up to 60 days (if you’re under 54). The TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite card also gives you a discount on access to Priority Pass. How to redeem your TD Rewards You can redeem your TD Points for travel in two ways:  The best—and most valuable—way is through the Expedia For TD online portal, where you can redeem 200 TD Points per dollar in travel credit (0.5%) and pay the balance of the cost (if any) using your credit card (you’ll also earn Points on this spend). Your other redemption choice is the “Book Any Way” option, which lets you book via other travel websites; however, your bookings can cost up to 25% more if you go this route. When using “Book Any Way” you’ll redeem at 250 TD Points per dollar (0.4%) applied as a statement credit on your first $1,200 in travel purchases and 200 TD Points per dollar (0.5%) for your travel purchases over $1,200. In comparison, with Expedia For TD, you’ll get a better and more consistent return of 0.5% on all your travel spending.  In both cases, the TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite card allows you to redeem for any seat on any airline. Additionally, you can redeem Points for rewards in small increments (minimum 200), so this means you don’t need to build up a large pool of Points before you’re able to apply them towards travel.  Finally, through the TD Rewards site, you can shop for items such as a Vitamix or a Dyson vacuum, or even gift cards. However, you won’t get the same value as you would booking travel. For example, a $50 gift card at Best Buy will cost you 20,000 TD Points, whereas you can use the same amount of Points for $100 in travel on the Expedia For TD portal. What are the best ways to benefit from this card? Ultimately, your best bet is to redeem Points for travel from ExpediaForTD.com. Generally, prices on the website are similar to those on the main Expedia website, and you’ll be able to redeem at the rate of 200 Points per $1. If you redeem Points for travel outside of the TD portal, your Points will lose up to 25% in value; however this
